About Us

The Tanzania Forestry Geospatial

Tanzania Forestry Geospatial (TFG) is a consortium of young and senior experts in geospatial science and forest conservation, dedicated to transforming forest conservation in Tanzania. Guided by our mission to promote geospatial technologies, biodiversity conservation, and climate resilience, we work closely with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative, low-cost solutions for forestry challenges.

Through advanced GIS, remote sensing, and data-driven analysis, TFG supports integrated forest conservation and ecosystem management, while raising awareness and building local capacity through training, internships, and hands-on knowledge sharing. Our vision is to leverage cutting-edge geospatial tools to deliver actionable insights that enhance biodiversity, strengthen climate resilience, and drive sustainable forest management across Tanzania.

From mapping to action, every day at TFG is about creating lasting environmental impact.

Our Core Values

We have a culture that is modern, relevant, and inspires students to have a brighter future. We are determined in our approach to learning, are creative in our thinking, and bold in our ambitions.

Our Philosophy

We, at Champion School, follow a child-centered educational approach. We make sure that it is based on scientific observations from birth to adulthood. We believe that a child is naturally curious and is capable of initiating learning in a supportive and thoughtfully prepared environment.
